Application	The sand washer washes away the stone powder and soil in the machine sand, which is an essential equipment in the wet sand making production line. It is suitable for sand and gravel plants, construction sites, hydropower dams and other sand units.
Scope of Application	A variety of rocks can be used for sand making, including river pebbles, limestone, granite, basalt, diabase, tuff, andesite, quartz sandstone, conglomerate and other rock mines.
Machine Introduction	This series of sand washer products are specially designed for washing, grading and dewatering of sand and quartz sand and other units. It is stable sealing structure, adjustable overflow weir plate. Ensure that the redesigned series products are efficient and durable. It is suitable for sand and gravel plants, construction sites, hydropower dams, glass manufacturing, oil well development and other sand units.
Working Principle	When working, the motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly after being decelerated by the V-belt, reducer, and gears. The sand and gravel enter the washing tank from the feeding tank, roll under the drive of the impeller, and grind each other to remove impurities covering the surface of the sand and gravel. Destroy the water vapor layer covering the sand to facilitate dehydration; at the same time, add water to form a strong water flow to take away impurities and foreign objects with small specific gravity in time, and discharge them from the washing tank at the overflow port to complete the cleaning function.
