Working Principle |
The jaw crusher motor drives the belt and pulley, through the eccentric shaft to make the moving jaw move up and down. When the moving jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw becomes larger, so as to push the moving jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate. At the same time the material is crushed or split to achieve the purpose of crushing. When the moving jaw descends, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw becomes smaller, and the moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the tie rod and spring, and the broken material is discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing cavity. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the crushing motor jaw crushes and excretes materials in periodic motion to achieve mass production. |

Digitalized Processing, Higher Precision
There are tens of lines of numerical controlling machine tools. Operations such as steel plates' cutting, bending, planing, milling and paint spraying are all controlled numerically. The machining precision is high, especially for the core parts.
High production and reduction
A larger feed opening increases material intake and ensures that the rocks enter the jaw crusher’s cavity without restrictions. A steeper nip angle decreases operating costs by reducing wear on jaw dies and speeds up material flow down in the cavity. The stroke is amplified from top to bottom, leading it being longest in the bottom of the cavity. This increases the capacity as well as the reduction ratio, resulting in high production in all kinds of operations.
Easy to install, operate and maintain
Based on long experience and comprehensive testing at customer sites, the critical areas of jaw crushers are protected against wear. The components and parts that require renewal from time to time are engineered to be easily accessible and replaceable when needed.
