Working Principle |
The motor of the main engine of the ultrafine mill drives the main shaft and each layer of turntable to rotate through the gear box, and the turntable drives dozens of rollers to roll and rotate in the raceway of the ring through the column pin. Large pieces of material are crushed into small particles by hammer crusher and sent to the storage silo by the bucket elevator. The electromagnetic vibration feeder evenly sends the material to the middle of the upper turntable. The material is scattered to the periphery of the circle under the action of centrifugal force, and falls into the raceway of the ring. The material is stamping, rolling, grinding and crushing. The material falls into the second and third layers after being crushed on first layer. The suction effect of the high-pressure centrifugal fan will be the external air adsorber, and the coarse powder after the third layer of crushing will be brought into the powder separator. The rotating turbine in the powder separator makes the coarse-grained material fall back and regrind, the fine powder enters the cyclone powder collector with the air flow and is discharged by the discharge valve in its lower part as the finished product, while the air flow with a small amount of fine dust is discharged through the fan and muffler after passing through the impulse dust cleaner. |
